Spreedly Dashboard Update

Access to your data via Spreedly gives you control and insight into your payment operations and strategy.  One of the most valuable additions to the Spreedly dashboard has been the Custom Analytics tool and the direct connection to your payments data via Data Explorer. The ability to customize your view into payment operations has been used extensively by our customers to unlock efficient decision-making, identify growth opportunities, and assist with forecasting.  As of December 20, 2022, these powerful tools will be available as an upgrade to your Spreedly Payments Essentials subscription.

What changes are coming to the Spreedly Dashboard? 

Currently Spreedly Dashboard is included as one of the services available with your Spreedly platform fee.  Going forward Spreedly will offer four separate data products: 

• Dashboard: Included with the Spreedly platform for unlimited users at no additional cost, Dashboard provides the same valuable reporting and content offered today.
• Advanced Dashboard: Offered as an upgrade for a fee, Advanced Dashboard adds the ability to schedule reporting, set alerts, and create customized reports and dashboards for 3 included users.  Access for additional Advanced Dashboard users will be sold as an add-on to your Advanced Dashboard subscription.  
• Data Explorer: Offered as an upgrade for a fee, Data Explorer will allow direct access to Spreedly payments data for evaluation in your own data tool.
• Data Bundle:  Offered as an upgrade for a fee, Data Bundle will combine the features of Advanced Dashboard and Data Explorer to unlock maximum flexibility in accessing and analyzing your payments data.

What does this mean for my company?

Once the new data products are available, customers will be converted to one of the data products based on their use of dashboard features.  With the objective of preserving any saved content, customers who have created alerts, scheduled reports, or saved custom reporting will be automatically converted to Advanced Dashboard and charged the appropriate fee, and customers who are using the data connection through Data Explorer will be automatically converted to Data Explorer and charged the appropriate fee.  Customers who have not saved any content or created a data connection will be converted to Dashboard at no additional cost.  

With Dashboard, customers continue to have access to the following content and features: 

• Account Overview including:

• • Trend of all transactions
  • Gateway and Receiver usage
  • Breakdowns by card brand, currency, and payment method
• Insights into success and failure rates compared to Spreedly’s aggregated data
• Transactions with average ticket size
• Usage monitoring
• Basic report filtering
• Data download to CSV and PDF formats

With Advanced Dashboard, customers have access to the same content as Dashboard, and unlock to the following powerful tools:

• Custom Alerts on dashboard tiles and custom reports
• Scheduled reports emailed to the recipients you choose
• Custom Analytics to dive deeper into the data and save and share your content

With Data Explorer, in addition to the Dashboard content, customers have direct access to their Spreedly payments data in their own tool.

Spreedly’s data analysis tools can drive tactical, strategic, and financial actions.  Enabling the Advanced Dashboard will unlock productivity and efficiency with customizable reporting and alerting functionality.  The Data Explorer connection allows you to connect your own internal business intelligence tool directly to Spreedly’s data source.
