We need to suspend our account for a little while, is this possible?
Spreedly relies on subscriptions to guarantee we've got enough data storage and bandwidth for gateway connections to keep our service up and running for everyone. As such a feature to pause or suspend an account on a long term basis isn't available. Spreedly would love to do this in the future based on your feedback and others!
A couple of awesome things to consider if you still need to cancel your account:
• Your more than welcome to do an export of your stored card data to a PCI compliant endpoint before you cancel your subscription. Then, when you were ready to come back on Spreedly, we'd have to arrange an import with that gateway (fees may apply).
• Our system automatically deletes data from all organizations without active subscriptions 30 days after they become inactive.
