Your new billing experience - what to expect
We’re introducing an updated billing experience designed to make invoices, payments, and usage details easier to view and manage. The new billing portal has gone live at the end of Q2. This upgrade is automatic and will not interrupt your service.
What’s changing
At the end of Q2 2026, you’ll see a new billing portal directly inside the Spreedly app. The new experience includes:
- A new billing portal directly inside the Spreedly App
- The ability to update and manage payment methods anytime
- Access to view and download invoices
The goal of this update is to simplify billing by making it easier to understand and manage in one place.
What is not changing
The following remain the same:
- Your contract terms and pricing
- Your payment methods (unless you choose to update them)
- Your access to Spreedly services
This is a billing experience upgrade, not a change to your agreement.
Do I need to take any action?
No action is required.
Your account will transition automatically at the end of Q2 2026.
You can continue using Spreedly as usual.
When will I see the change?
The end of Q2 2026. Your team can expect to begin receiving invoice notices starting in July and/or August via our new billing system.
