If your renewal payment fails, our billing system will attempt renewal automatically in 5 days after the initial failed renewal. If no action is taken, expiration will occur 7 days after our first attempt bill for your Spreedly subscription.
Your payment information can be easily updated by following these instructions to update your credit card on file. Once you have updated your payment information, the system will authorize this new card and immediately attempt renewal. If your card is updated after your account has expired, you will still need to update your payment information, but your account will need to be manually reactivated by a member of our team. If this happens, please message support@spreedly.com to have it reactivated.
