We offer our customers the ability to pay invoices via ACH if your bank is based in the United States. This is not currently available for customers whose banks are based outside of the U.S.
If you would like to initiate ACH payments, please message support@spreedly.com, and our billing system will send you a link to update your payment method. Once received, follow the link in the email to enter your bank account information.
Once this is complete, our payment processor will need to verify the account by creating small test deposits to your account.
For the last step, Chargify, our billing system, will send you an email regarding test deposits with a link to follow to enter the deposit amounts to verify the bank account.
Please note, if you cannot verify the small test deposits to your bank account we will not be able to set up the ACH payments for you.
