Test Receiver Failing Credentials

Why is my `deliver` call to a test receiver failing for credentials? I thought tests won't actually hit the production URL.

  Hi there,

  Unlike Spreedly test gateways, our test receivers have all the functionality of a production receiver with the exception that it can only distribute test payment methods. In the case of failures, the receiver should be able to identify why they are failing the request.
