Let me introduce myself

Hey everyone!

I'm the Customer Success Lead here at Spreedly and I wanted to stop in and tell y'all a little bit about myself. I have an M.S. in biotechnology, however I got into customer-facing roles almost ten years ago and found I really enjoyed it. After establishing and leading success teams in previous roles, I found Spreedly and have never been happier! Our team constantly strives for excellence while still managing to have a great time together.

In my spare time, I'm an avid reader, Netflixer, and dog lover. My little dude, Squiggy, is a butthead of the highest order and he pretty much rules my life. I'm oddly ok with that.

One of the most impactful books I've read lately is called Crucial Conversations. It sounds cheesy and even sounds cheesy as you're reading it, but it's very powerful in its simplicity. Any book recommendations for me?
