Why doesn't Spreedly offer phone or live chat support?
FeaturedSpreedly’s primary customer base has always been developers, therefore support inquiries are nearly always technical and usually involve shared troubleshooting based on logs/data/etc., often amongst multiple parties. We’ve also always been international, so the power of support as email and other written methods of communication, like this community, is invaluable.
Phone and chat are not supported because they are never channels on which we can resolve an issue due to the technical nature of our challenges, and they allows squeaky wheels in the same timezone to “jump the line” of support.
Please feel free to start a discussion here in the community or send us a private message if you need to contact the support team with sensitive information.
