assisting marketplace vendors select their gateway

Im looking to recreate the functionality that you have on this demo page which allows a vendor within our marketplace to select a payment gateway and then relevant fields specific to that gateway are shown and can then be populated:

This appears to be front end driven. Is there an existing Javascript library that can help us create the above functionality or do we have to build this ourselves?
