Unable to process the transaction because the payment method has been redacted
We updated to new SCA 3DS gateways and are finding more failed payments are seeing the message "Unable to process the transaction because the payment method has been redacted" is this due to new gateway?, are the old ones connected to a saved payment on the salesforce record? What is the way forward to avoid this, do we need to inform our customers that they may need to update their saved credit card information for membership renewals?
Also if we update the memberships with the new gateway in salesforce will that mean we will see a lot more redacted payments as they will all use the new gateways?
