Add list of gateways to Invoices and backend application

Currently invoices are sent out as gateways are added and removed in an account. Invoices do not include a list of the changes made (i.e., which gateways were added or removed) nor a list of all the gateways currently implicated by the invoice. When receiving 2-3 invoices a month, there is no way to see which gateways were added or updated.

This feature is especially useful for SAAS vendors (like us) who have gateways added recently.
