Slack Command to see gateway, payment method, and transaction non-sensitive attributes

Back in 2016, our team used curl commands to perform a  show call for all gateway, payment method, and transaction lookups. This method wasn’t working for our services division who needed access to these non-sensitive attributes but did not have Spreedly Admin access or the technical skills to be able to perform such lookups. 

 

We built a self-serve app so that our customer-facing employees could easily assist customers with their payment inquiries. The tool also helps all of us access the transcript of a transaction faster, which can be helpful in troubleshooting unexpected responses.
