At this point in time we recommend that all 3DS2 transactions continue to only use PAN; this can be achieved by setting the attempt_NT flag to false during a transaction that requires 3DS2.
While network tokens are designed to work with 3DS2 transactions, our teams have not tested the interoperability at this point in time. Given the critical nature of 3DS2 for successful EU transactions, we recommend prioritizing 3DS2 with PAN until our teams can thoroughly test NT transactions.
If you desire to use 3DS2 and NT jointly, please let your Spreedly customer contact know so the message can be shared with our product teams.
