It is important to have your most current e-mail address and contact name on file for your Spreedly billing notifications. If you send billing emails to an inbox that is unmonitored, or unused, you will not receive important alerts that affect your business. Spreedly will e-mail you regarding changes in your bill and to provide notifications when your credit card on file fails. Not updating your credit card information on time can lead to a lapse in service.
Step 1: Log in to your Spreedly account: https://app.spreedly.com.
Navigate to the account name at the top right corner of the page and select the "Manage billing" option in the drop-down.
Step 2: Click the ellipses/more options icon and select "edit"
Step 3: Edit billing information and click "save"
You may also update your account contact details, such as email, by clicking the account icon in the top right of the screen, selecting profile settings, and editing your name and email as needed.
